Returns
At Tayal & Co., we take pride in delivering premium handcrafted wooden tableware. Due to the natural and artisanal nature of our products, each piece is unique in grain and finish.
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

The product must be returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged products

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For exchange requests, please contact our support team.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
